Review
(Review) Nowadays, technology and internet are closely connected with our life, especially because of COVID-19, which has changed the mode of study around the world. In the past, we needed to learn in the classroom with the blackboard. However, learning language or other knowledge from the internet and innovative technology has now become more and more popular. There are many platforms and diversified resources to support my learning.

So, this e-portfolio is a record and also my learning journey. When I was developing this portfolio, I tried to explore some useful and interesting platforms as much as possible. My learning objective is to understand the simple word and dialogues in daily life, so that I can watch the TV drama and listen to the Kpop music without subtitle and translation. Therefore, I am focusing on listening and reading. And the below are the resources that I have used.
Forum

Dcard is a forum which is commonly used by Hong Kong and Taiwan university students. And 知乎 is mainly used in China. Using the search engine and enter the keyword, we can find out the posts that are written by other people. They share their experience which is very useful for me, such as comparing which textbook is better for different learning objectives.
Book

Hyread is an online library and there are many ebooks which are related to language leaning. And I had read the book for the beginners level and the benefit is that the ebooks contain the soundtrack so that I can learn more efficiently.
Online video

Online video platform is a good place for us to find different courses and teachers. I can replay the video especially for the part that I am not understand.
Social Media

Some KOL or people create the study accounts or share the word daily. I can use a few time such as take the bus or waiting for other.
Personal Reflection
During this period of time, I tried to use different e-resources and technologies to enhance my Korean language learning.
I usually used the forum search engine when I was facing difficulties, such as the tips of taking the TOPIK exam and also how to prepare better for the exam.

As for the eBook, I choose the book from the public library hyread website, especially the e-books for the beginners. Each day I at least watch for one online teaching video. Also, I enjoy watching the Korean TV drama "True Beauty" which was famous in last year. Instagram post is the most convenient to learn languages during transportation and we can get the support from other people.

In the past, learning a new language took a long period of time and needed to go to class regularly. Nowadays, there is no time and place limit for language learning. Moreover, online learning is convenient and effective.
In my point of view, online-learning is the new trend and will become the mainstream of education. Although learning in the classroom is face-to-face with some advantages, online-learning is more suitable for the needs of student.
